December was a powerful way to close out the year. Our monthly training call, “Redefining Hustle for the High-End Agent: Purposeful Motion, Disciplined Habits & Bold Follow-Through,” set the tone, broadcast live from Naples, FL, to thousands of luxury agents. What an incredible reminder of the strength of this community.
On December 10th, our KW Luxury Pro Connection + Collaboration Mastermind continued the momentum. Led by Emily Duarte, the session focused on why your online presence matters more than ever, and how 2026 will raise the bar. The insights shared were timely, actionable, and forward-looking.
The remainder of December allowed space to reset, time to reflect on goals achieved, recharge, and focus on family and friends. Rest is part of the journey, and it sets the stage for what’s next.
