February Highlights: Mastery & Connection

• Monthly Training Call: We kicked off the month with Brady Sandahl leading Module 13: Client Chemistry. Learning how to attract and retain the right luxury clientele remains the cornerstone of our success.

• Global Expansion in Mexico: We are thrilled to announce Tonya Dorsey as our newly appointed National Luxury Director for Mexico. Based in Puerto Vallarta, Tonya is your central point of communication for the region, ensuring your clients’ interests are protected from the coast to the city.

• AI in Action: Our KW Luxury Pro members dived deep into How to Use AI as a Partner in Operations and Strategy (Part 2). A huge thank you to Christina Hood, Elsa Rozenberg, and Garett Stewart for showing us how to turn evolving technology into a competitive advantage.

  The Highlight: Family Reunion 2026

  The energy in the room this year was a powerful reminder of the caliber of the KW Luxury community. From standing-room-only sessions to high-level strategic Masterminds, we set a new standard for luxury real estate excellence.

• Foundation & Mastery: We kicked things off with Caroline Huo leading the Four Essential Pillars Course. Her insights provided a masterful roadmap for agents looking to solidify their infrastructure and elevate their client experience.

• Expert Perspectives: Over the following three days, we hosted four exclusive luxury panels featuring our most esteemed and active agents. The transparency and collaboration shared on that stage proved why our network remains the most formidable in the industry.

• The Power of Pro: Our KW Luxury Pro Luncheon was a highlight of the week. It was incredible to see a full room of top-tier producers connecting and sharing strategies. The strength of this community is rooted in these moments of proximity—being in the room with all of you is what keeps our leadership team inspired.
